How to Play Frogfall?

The story, such as it is, arrives in four lines: it's fall in froggo town, time for one final round to go around town and catch some flies, before the winter finally arrives. Then you are in. Frogfall packs more than 40 tiny levels, each a short platforming challenge with a fly to catch, and it is built for quick, tidy runs: learn a level, then learn to do it faster.

Beat the main levels and there are B-sides, harder remixes of what you have already played, plus a speedrun mode for anyone who wants to shave seconds off their times. The first level even cycles through the different key layouts so you can pick the one that suits your hands. It is a small game with a lot of polish, and it rewards precision.

Tips and Tricks:

• Pick your layout: Arrows, A and D, and four different jump keys all work, so use what is comfortable.
• Chase clean runs: The speedrun mode rewards smooth movement over risky shortcuts.
• Save B-sides for later: They are much harder once you know the basics.
