How to play Space Adventure Pinball

In the very beginning don’t try too hard to hit the buttons, switches, and bumpers to trigger various bonuses, but merely focus on keeping the ball in play for as long as possible. Start aiming for the specific spots once you’re feeling confident in your abilities to control the ball.

The timing of your inputs determines the angle at which you’ll hit the ball, thus affecting its trajectory. It takes quite some time to become a pinball savant, but you don’t really have to be all that good at this game to fully enjoy it.

We enjoyed it slightly more while using a keyboard, simply because pressing the arrow keys better emulates the feeling of playing arcades IRL.
