Mahjong Dogs is an amazing puzzle game for kids featuring adorable dogs and a simplified set of rules. Unlike in classic Mahjong, the tiles are decorated with cute cartoon-style dog portraits, and there is only one layer of tiles on the entire board. To clear the board, you must find identical dogs and pair them, but there’s a catch. You can only select the blocks that have two adjacent sides open. There are 24 levels to beat within a limited time frame. The faster you manage to find all the matches, the higher the score. Complete all the levels and submit your total score to check if you can make the all-time top 20 Leader Board!

How to play Mahjong Dogs

As you can only select tiles that have two adjacent sides open, you must find pairs for the ones in the corners first. Usually, finding the first few matches is the hardest part, and it gets much easier from there. Eliminating identical tiles will open up additional matching combinations.

Pay close attention to the tiles that you’ve managed to open up after removing each pair, as their counterpart is often already free somewhere on the board. If you ever feel stuck, check all the playable tiles one-by-one and use the elimination process to figure out your next move. You can always use the hints too, but where’s the fun in that?
