How to Play Rise of the Dead?
You hold off waves of zombies while completing quests that push the story forward and reveal what started all this. Survival costs money, and earning it lets you upgrade your weapons, buy new guns and improve your skills, each of which makes the next wave a little less terrifying.
There are several modes to play through, including sniper missions, survival challenges and resource exploration. It is a proper horror shooter, and it works best with the lights down and a healthy distrust of dark corners.
Tips and Tricks:
- Reload early: Running dry in the middle of a horde is the classic zombie game mistake.
- Punch in emergencies: E knocks back a zombie that got too close when you have no time to aim.
- Spend on upgrades: Better guns and skills pay off in every mode.
