FNF: The X Event

FNF: The X Event is a Friday Night Funkin' Undertale horror mod, starring a deleted and very unhappy X Gaster.

It treats its source like a horror story, with pixel art and sound design to match. Even the menu is unusual: it is a room you walk around in, not a list.

How to Play FNF: The X Event?

Arrows scroll up in four lanes and you press the matching key as each reaches the top row. Land them to push the health bar your way. Miss too many and it swings to your opponent and the song ends.

The menu works differently here. Boyfriend stands in a room, and you walk him to a signpost with the arrow keys, then press Space to interact. Walking up from the start reaches Story Mode, which plays Overwrite, Inking Mistake and Relighted in order, with dialogue and cutscenes framing the week.

Heads up: horror imagery, screen distortion and sudden loud moments.

Tips and Tricks:
