Hills Of Steel is a physics tank game: roll across hilly battlefields blowing up enemy tanks and bosses.
It sounds simple. Drive forward, shoot things. Then the ground tips your tank at exactly the wrong moment and your shell sails off into space. The hills, it turns out, are the real enemy.
How to Play Hills Of Steel?
Your tank rolls across hilly landscapes where every bump affects both your movement and your aim. The goal on each level is to clear the map of opponents and beat the boss before your health runs out. Bosses are bigger than normal tanks, have more HP, and pay out more coins when they go down.
There are two modes. Adventure gives you short missions on random maps where you destroy the enemies and a boss while collecting points and coins. Classic keeps you fighting across a map until you are defeated. Chests hold cards for upgrades, boosters and currencies, and boosters include Air Raid, Repair Kit, Circular Saw, Shock Wave, Land Mine, Force Shield and Napalm. You can unlock new tanks, apply skins, and eventually take the fight from Earth all the way to the Moon.
Tips and Tricks:
- Shoot from flat ground: Recoil and bumps ruin your aim, so fire from stable spots.
- Pick boosters for the fight: Some suit bosses, others suit crowds, so choose accordingly.
- Grab health chests: They keep a Classic run going far longer.
