Hills Of Steel
Some games ask you to think. Hills Of Steel asks you to point a very large gun at a very small enemy tank and keep pulling the trigger until the hillside goes quiet. It is physics-driven armored mayhem, and it is gloriously uncomplicated.
How to Play Hills Of Steel?
You roll across lumpy 2D terrain in a tank that handles like an angry bathtub, lobbing shells at enemy armor while the ground pitches under you. Aim matters, timing matters, and knowing when to reverse out of a boss's firing line matters even more. Win battles, bank the coins, and pour them into bigger guns and thicker plating.
What Are the Controls?
Drive with the arrow keys or the on-screen pedals, and fire by holding the shoot button while you drag your aim. That is the whole manual. Everything else is knowing which hill to sit behind.
Features
- Physics-based tank duels with satisfying recoil and ragdoll wrecks
- A garage of unlockable tanks, each with its own party trick
- Escalating bosses that punish lazy aiming
