The warden at the penitentiary, commonly known as the boss, is a straightforward guy. Instantly, he lets you know that prisoners in here work long shifts at the mines and shows you around the place.

This 2D Minecraft-inspired adventure is exactly what you’d expect it to be: lots of mining and an intricate crafting system. The prison is a lively place, at least in this game, and you can even earn great riches within its walls. There are funny NPCs, grind-focused quests, and very rewarding progression that make the gameplay truly captivating.

In this game, digging is pretty easy, but managing the limited inventory space and learning how to craft items is a bit more difficult. In most cases, you must harvest raw materials first, such as coal, stone, wood, and various other resources. To refine them into more valuable goods, you must first acquire and set up a workstation, such as a furnace or a workbench.

When delving into mine shafts, make sure to carry enough food and torches, or otherwise your character will starve. Digging in the dark is no fun at all, and since the night and day cycles unfold in mere minutes, you ought to be prepared before you go excavating.
