Help our buddy Oscar start a new life in Hawaii despite all the setbacks he seems to always stumble upon in Open House. This is a classic match-3 puzzle game with a heartwarming story, funny NPC dialogues, rewarding home renovation projects, gorgeous, vivid graphics, and captivating gameplay.

Oscar is a chill guy who purchased a property on a sunny beach, hoping to live a life he had always dreamed of. However, when he gets there, the house is nothing like the photos posted on a website, so the realization that the real estate agency had scammed him hits hard. Nobody said starting life anew would be easy, but this is more than he had bargained for.

How to play Open House

The first couple of introductory levels are a walk in the park, designed to teach you more about the game mechanics. Matching more than 3 identical objects creates special tiles that allow you to clear the board and complete the tasks presented more easily. Naturally, you want to seek these opportunities whenever possible because the moves you can make to complete the objectives are limited.

Upon completing each level, you’ll earn stars, which can be used to finish the quests from the task list, leading you onward through the immersive story. For each of the renovation projects you work on, there are three options available, and since the choices are irreversible, take your time to pick the ones you like the most.
