With a total of 28 heroes available, you can only assemble a squad of 4 to face the increasingly difficult challenges throughout the linear dungeons stacked with monsters, bosses, and loot. Heroes, acquired and upgraded through card fragments, will auto-attack during battles but you get to cast their ultimate abilities. To keep you engaged, you can use the military advisor’s spells to turn the tides of even the most unfavorable encounters.

How to play Heroes Assemble

For each unit slain, you get mana points that can be used to redeploy your heroes, thus enhancing their stats. Each Challenge consists of waves of enemies, and after a couple are defeated you get to choose the temporary boosts for your squad that will persist throughout the entire dungeon.

The key to victory is to assemble a squad of heroes with complementary abilities and decent versatility. At least a single front-liner is mandatory, with a mix of ranged damage dealers and support characters. Don’t be stingy with the heroes’ ultimate abilities but use them whenever you spot a solid opportunity to do so.

What are the controls for Heroes Assemble?

Heroes Assemble was developed primarily for mobile players, but the game works flawlessly in PC browsers, too.

Tap or click, then hold and drag to re-deploy the heroes onto the battlefield once you have enough mana points to enhance the current ones’ attributes.
Tap or click on the heroes’ portraits once the energy bar fills up to use their ultimate abilities.
