Raid Heroes: Total War is a top-tier idle tactical squad-building strategy featuring simple yet highly enjoyable 2D graphics and impressive animations. This game also boasts significant RPG depth, with dozens of unique Heroes to unlock, various buildings to construct within the Castle, and hundreds of Quests to complete. If you enjoy competing against other players, there’s even a PvP Arena mode!

You can have up to 9 units in your Squad, but in the very beginning, you get to choose a single champion to play with. After successful raids, you’ll occasionally earn hero cards, which eventually stack up and allow you to hire additional troops. Once the Fight begins, they move, attack, cast spells, and use abilities automatically as the epic clashes unfold.

How to play Raid Heroes: Total War

In the introductory raids, the placement of your single champion on the battlefield won’t really matter too much. Make sure to spend the coins earned on hero upgrades regularly to keep up with the increasingly stronger adversaries. The special abilities are on a short cooldown once the battle commences, and the trick is to make sure they’re available as soon as you clash with the enemies. Once you acquire more units, try placing them thoughtfully so each of them can play its part optimally.
