You begin with basic exercises like push-ups and sit-ups. Click, or tap the screen, to perform sets and earn strength points. The harder the equipment, the faster your strength grows, so the trick is moving up to heavier gear as soon as you can.

Other gym-goers are on the map, and overtaking them in level earns you bonuses, with better rewards the higher you go. Then there is the ring, where bosses of different difficulty wait. Each one needs a certain strength level, and beating all of them earns you the title of Ultimate Gym Boss. Boosters and upgrades speed things up, and new outfits unlock for your character along the way.
