Pick your team among 18 nations available and lead the squad to the championship trophy in Hotfoot Baseball against formidable AI opponents. You’ll play as a batter of your team and to win matches you must score X runs before Y outs. Even if you’re not at all familiar with baseball, this game is still enjoyable, and you might even learn the rules while playing it.

The objective difficulty gradually increases and so do the AI pitcher’s skills. For example, in the first leg of the tournament, you have to score 2 runs before 6, and in the final — 5 runs before 3 outs. When the members of your squad reach a base, you can decide if they should keep going toward the next one or stay put.

How to play Hotfoot Baseball

It’s widely argued that hitting a baseball with a bat is one of the hardest things to do in all sports. In this game, however, this isn’t the case, because the ball moves a lot more slowly compared to the IRL baseball. Timing your strikes perfectly is the key to victory and it will take some practice until you figure out how to hit home runs.

In most cases, once your players reach the upcoming bases, it’s much better not to risk the dash toward the next one. There’s rarely enough time for them to make the run, and even if they do, it’s usually not really worth it.
