Another tip to maximize your efficiency would be to keep a sundae ready in the build station. 

Pay extra attention to the order of the closing customer. These customers are usually very picky with their orders and need to be satisfied completely to give a good tip. With the money, you get from tips and your weekly payday, you can buy upgrades for your freezeria! The upgrades which will help you complete orders more quickly are the blender boosters.
