Aquar.io
Aquar.io is the sequel to Oceanar.io, and it swaps the usual lone blob for something more interesting: you are a Queen fish with an entire school swimming behind you. Everything you gather makes that school bigger, and everything that kills your Queen ends the run outright.
How to Play Aquar.io?
Your Queen is the character you actually steer, and the school follows. Feed her to grow your numbers, and protect her, because the run ends the moment she dies. Some ocean creatures you meet will join your school and others will come for you. The clever part is what you do with the fish you have collected: you can throw them at enemies, pull them in tight to make them stronger, or devour your own school to feed the Queen experience. Enough experience advances her through five evolutions, each unlocking a new ability. There are free-for-all and team areas to pick from, plus a spectate mode if you would rather watch the top players first.
What Are the Controls?
Point with the mouse to steer your Queen. Hold the left mouse button or W to send your school forward into a fight. Hold the right mouse button or Space briefly to merge your school into stronger creatures, or hold it longer to devour them and convert that school into Queen experience. Scroll to zoom, though the view widens automatically as your school grows, and the arrow buttons beside the logo change your school colours.
