Diep.io

Diep.io is a multiplayer tank game where you shoot other tanks, level up and put points into eight stats. Your tank starts at level 1 as a round body with a single cannon, in an arena full of shapes and other players.

It is one of the classic .io games, and it keeps things simple: move, aim, shoot, and try to still be there when the bigger tanks come looking for you.

How to Play Diep.io?

Pick a game mode on the start screen of Diep.io: FFA, 2 Teams, 4 Teams, Maze, Domination or Sandbox. Choose a region, type a name and press Play. Move with W, A, S, D or the arrow keys, aim with the mouse, and fire with the left mouse button or Space. Shift or the right mouse button is your secondary fire.

Stat points go into eight stats: Health Regen, Max Health, Body Damage, Bullet Speed, Bullet Penetration, Bullet Damage, Reload and Movement Speed, on the keys 1 to 8. Press Y to see the tank tree, the classes your tank can become. When you are destroyed, the screen shows your score, kills, level and how long you lasted, and you can jump straight back in.

Tips and Tricks:

• Turn on auto fire: E toggles auto fire, so your cannon keeps shooting while you concentrate on moving. C toggles auto spin.
• Spend points quickly: U queues a stat point and M fills a whole stat category, which beats hunting for 1 to 8 in the middle of a fight.
• Try a team mode: In 2 Teams and 4 Teams you have a side to fight with, instead of everyone for themselves in FFA.
