Kugeln.io

Kugeln.io is a 2D multiplayer shooter fought entirely by countryballs, the round flag-painted characters from the polandball meme. It plays a lot more seriously than that description suggests, borrowing its movement and weapon feel from Worms, Teeworlds and Liero.

How to Play Kugeln.io?

Maps hold up to eight players and the objective is simple enough: fight to the death and keep your team alive. What makes it work is the grapnel. Because you can swing yourself across the map, fights are rarely static, and good players spend as much time airborne as they do on the ground. Aim is independent of movement, so shooting while swinging in the opposite direction is both possible and the point.

What Are the Controls?

Run with the A and D keys and press Space to jump. Aim with the mouse and shoot with the left mouse button. The right mouse button throws your grapnel, which is what turns a flat 2D map into something you can move around properly.
