Archers Arena

Embark on an endless online multiplayer MMR ladder-climbing grind — and love every second of it — in the highly addictive 1v1 third-person shooter Archers Arena! At the beginning of every battle to death, the opponent and you are standing at different spots in the arena, at varying heights and distances between each other. The last archer standing wins a +25 rating, some cash, and bragging rights.

Even though you input the aim controls only in 2D (vertically), the 3D graphics and animations are actually amazing. Besides bow and arrow, you can throw a spear or an axe at your enemies, but the effects are merely aesthetical. You can upgrade Max Health, Base Damage, and Headshot Damage as you attempt to climb the ranks through 5 unique arenas available.

How to play Archers Arena

It takes more than a single shot to kill your enemy, in most cases 3 to the body or 2 headshots. Therefore, the player who acts first should be at a great advantage when players of similar skill levels meet. Once the first arrow hits the target, it’s much easier to stay locked in because the previous shot’s trajectory is visible while you’re aiming the next time.

Keep an eye out for the shot’s angle indicator on the left side of your screen because it really helps readjust future attempts with a certain degree of accuracy. Note that the players, when struck, move away from each other slightly, thus increasing the distance a projectile must traverse.

What are the controls for Archers Arena?

Click or tap, then hold and drag up or down to determine the trajectory of a fired projectile. Finally, release to shoot an arrow or throw a spear/axe.
