Getaway Shootout is an easy game to play. Your goal is to reach the extraction point mentioned at the start of the round. It can be a Chopper, Train, or Truck. You’ll have to traverse different terrains like markets, train tracks, and office buildings. The game continues until there is a clear winner.

To ensure you’re ahead in the race, use a variety of weapons that spawn to take out your enemies. The best strategy to win would be to get a rocket launcher or shotgun and use it when you’re in close proximity to your enemies. Other items that spawn including a medkit are also very helpful to use when closing in on the finish line. However, remember that you can not hold more than one item at a time.

There are two game modes available for you to play. One of them being single-player and the other being multiplayer with a limit of two players at a time. The controls of the game can be tricky to get used to at first, so it’s better for you to understand the game’s mechanics by practicing alone before heading on to multiplayer.

What are the controls for Getaway Shootout?

Getting used to the controls for Getaway Shootout can take a while but they’re still fairly simple.

On desktops:

• W key to tilt forwards and the E key to tilt backward. Releasing those two keys would cause you to jump in whichever direction you’ve chosen.
• Press the R key to shoot weapons and use special items like medkits.
• You can also just press the E and W key to jump.

For player two on desktops:

• Use the I and O keys to jump forward and backward respectively.
• Use the P key to shoot.

If you’re playing Getaway Shootout on mobile, use the arrow keys available at the bottom of the screen to jump and shoot.
