This merge-3 puzzle features an idle component, making you eager to come back occasionally to progress through the story.

The island you will start your quest on is mostly covered in thick fog, and as you complete some of the many quests available you’ll earn keys to expand the school’s territory. Gradually, new items, buildings, and game mechanics become available, which makes you willing to keep playing and complete additional challenges.

How to play Magic School: Wizard Merge

To merge identical items and evolve them into a higher tier, they must be placed adjacent to each other. When you merge three objects, they create a single item of a higher tier, but if you manage to put 5 together, 2 evolved objects are spawned. Therefore, if the space on the board allows it, you always want to try and merge 5 items at a time.

The in-game tips provide great insights on everything you need to know, so it’s pretty easy to learn the core mechanics as long as you care to read them. Complete the quests from the task list to level up faster, earn bonus rewards, and progress through the story more quickly.
